there is no one word suitable to use on describing the things that have been happening lately... I am, however, finally getting into the swing of things. The past few weeks had been the 'disciplinary weeks' and that simply means a lot of nagging for all 11 classes, threats and liaisons between students, form teachers and discipline masters. CA marks have to be in on Friday, here's to getting work done while the rest of the school takes time off for the annual cross country run.

school on Mondays and Wednesdays are probably the worst - monday blues gradually escalating each week I realised. And it doesnt help that Mondays are filled with the most number of classes to attend. Throat will never fail to feel sore by the end of the last class. the students in theseclasses are relatively easy to handle though. Blissfully easy to handle even, when compared to some on other days. It is just a pity that some of these BETH (blissfully easy to handle) students (I'll be honest here) have seen the most moody and bitchy teacher side of me when they start to attempt at displaying forms of idiocy. Then again, it makes me wonder if what they have experienced through me could be the reason for their obedience.

the last three periods on Wednesdays belong to the 'yao guai', 'monster', 'horror' class. need I elaborate? 37 of them, 30 are monsters. the rest get distracted or disturbed. not one teacher teaching them has no complaints about these students. seriously, when did kids start turning out to be so bad? today, being a Wednesday, is a disheartening day.

It was not long into my stay here that the principal made me realise, I was being too relaxed with some of the classes. Don't want to do work, you get a big fat zero. I did not realise before, that perhaps these students, they really do not give a bloody damn. Zero then zero lor, art no use one what. They also do not realise that art will make up the 100 marks in the total 1000 marks when added together. My class is freaking easy to score - put in visible effort and you may just get an A. alas, I was made to see. effort does not come without punishment sometimes. that being true, it really sucks quite a lot of ass.

the term is coming to an end, thank goodness.

for all the work and more that I have put into all 3 current jobs, it had been strangely unfulfilling. is it because of the insufficient few minutes (or none) of time taken for myself daily, for reflections? things that used to mean much, and time, pass without being noticed. slowly but surely, become taken for granted?

the very short one week of march holidays will be spent finding myself again, and that means random searches for new music. live performances. sports. catching up with friends. quality time with boyfriend, for we have both been equally busy with work. and hopefully, in what little spirit that is left, there will be time put aside to come up with better solutions, redeeming every mis step that had been taken in this past term.
