Pondered over late breakfast/lunch of a nice hot indochine prawn wrap today after the snipping of long overdue split ends in town; to take my mom out for a great dinner or would a big welcome back into the kitchen deem better means for the entire family? So I have now in my oven two chicken roasts of delicious thyme and garlic and butter, later which potatoes and sweet potatoes peppers asparagus pan fried, rosemary and young portobello mushrooms with cheese will be all added to bake in this wonderful singular dish of a meal. Just wish I was a little less lazy with the photo snapping of these daily activities, way too many to be documenting really,... oh well. Shall just have to make do with my descriptive literary preceding your power of worldly imagination (:
